Welcome to ADA. We deeply value the importance of your personal data and are committed to protecting your privacy with industry-leading security standards. This Privacy Policy explains, in clear and accessible language: what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you are entitled to under applicable law.

Our Core Commitment: We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to provide our services. Except as required by law or with your prior explicit consent, we will never share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal data to any third party.

This policy applies to all scenarios in which you use the ADA application (the "App") on iOS or Android devices.

When you ask the AI assistant to "create a reminder", "set an alarm" or perform similar operations, we will request the Calendar and Alarm (SET_ALARM) system permissions, and write the dictated event title, time and reminder content into your device's local system calendar or alarm. This data is stored entirely on your device and is NOT uploaded to our servers.

The App provides on-device face detection via ML Kit and VisionCamera. All face data is processed entirely on your device locally and is never uploaded to or stored on any server.

We solemnly commit NOT to: use your personal data for advertising, sale of user profiles, commercial credit assessment, or any other purposes unrelated to the App's functionality.

4. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

In the unfortunate event of a personal data breach, in accordance with Article 57 of the Personal Information Protection Law (PRC), we will report the incident to regulatory authorities within 72 hours of discovery, and notify you via in-app notice, SMS or other appropriate means about the incident, potential impact, remedial measures and recommended self-protection actions.

You can update your current account information on the "Personal Information" page within the App.

You may request that we delete your personal data in the following circumstances:

You may request account deletion by sending an email to mikeli.server@gmail.com with the subject "ADA Account Deletion Request", providing your registered phone number and username in the body. We will reply to confirm your identity within 3 business days, and complete data deletion within 15 business days.

You may at any time disable any permission previously granted to the App in your system settings (Microphone, Camera, Photos, Calendar, Location, etc.). Once disabled, the related features will no longer function, but your use of other features that do not depend on that permission will not be affected.

If you believe our processing of your personal data has harmed your legal rights, please contact us using the methods at the end of this policy. If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 15 business days, you may also seek remedies from local cyberspace administration, public security authorities, or the People's Court.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 14 and above. If you are under 14, please use the App under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian, who must consent to this policy on your behalf.

If we discover that we have collected a minor's personal data without valid guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

10. Updates and Effective Date

We may revise this policy from time to time. For material changes (including but not limited to: substantive changes to the purpose, type or method of personal data collection; changes to the operating entity; changes to the main parties of data sharing, transfer or public disclosure), we will notify you prominently through in-app pop-ups or notifications and require you to re-read and accept this policy.
